Frequently asked questions
How do I pair with my partner?
In the Us tab, create an invite code and send it to your partner, or enter theirs. Codes are valid for 15 minutes.
Can my partner use Plus too?
Yes. One LovePin Plus subscription unlocks Plus for both of you as long as you are paired; your partner doesn’t need to buy it separately.
How do I stop sharing my location?
Go to Settings → Location sharing and turn off “Share my location”. If you end the partner connection, sharing stops for both of you.
Is LovePin an emergency service?
No. LovePin is not an emergency or safety service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
